Pros
Most people you work with are highly competent and genuinely nice people to have as friends and colleagues. Even partners in the firm are very approachable and helpful. There is minimal travel as work is done out our ZS offices and travel is only for meetings. The office culture is very laid back and dress code is casual within ZS. The internal training program is very good and continues to evolve into an even better one.
Cons
The staffing model could use a change - people get stuck in long never-ending projects of the same type. Employee recognition could also use an upgrade. Promotions are now becoming largely tenure-based and bonuses and raises vary very little based on individual performance.
