Good company, though the culture has been diluted and compromised by recent Leadership in New Delhi
Cons
The work is back end support and is ok, but the manager and above managment are the worst leadership team that one can have. Hypocrisy, partiality, lack of imagination and mediocrity are widely prevalent. If you want to learn and work hard, it's the wrong place to be. Hard work will be rewarded by more work. Incompetence and slacking off will be rewarded with better work life balance (work from home for 4 days a week), onshore trips and extrvagant changes is company policies (work from remote locations where ZS doesn't even have an office).
