Pros

The workload is decent when there are available projects. If you respond quickly, you have chances to receive something. I guess there are drier periods from time to time, but I'm not expecting constant work from a freelance job, thus I'm okay with it.

Cons

The main problem I have is with Finance. They didn't send properly the payment for an invoice and the money went back to them. When I've tried to reach them for an explanation and to ask when I will be paid for that particular invoice, they simply disappeared. I've sent countless messages and still no answer. It's been a month and I did not receive my money or an answer. Everyone I've tried to talk to says they will raise my issue with their manager, but I guess this manager is invisible as well since I am still waiting. They do not show respect for someone who has done their job properly and in time.

Pros

Zoo excels at providing flexible hours, remote work, good management, and efficient proprietary systems/platforms. I feel sufficiently supported when I work here. It's a nice place to work if you can land a job here.

Cons

Industry disruptions have caused uncertainty in its future and Zoo is, unfortunately, not immune from that. Also, pay is not that great.
