Pros
Zoo is a great place to work! Management is approachable and coworkers are friendly and helpful. There are monthly staff meetings where the COO gives an honest overview of the company's progress and goals. Staff members that have gone above and beyond the previous month can be nominated by colleagues and a cash award is presented to the winner. A catered lunch follows each staff meeting. The company is growing and morale is good. Schedules are fairly flexible. Zoo is a Localization vendor and is a good option for those looking to work in the localization part of the post industry; we service major studios and content providers.
Cons
Being a smaller company there isn't a lot of room for advancement, but hopefully that will change as Zoo grows.
