ZOO is easily the best place I’ve worked in terms of atmosphere and work culture. While support is always there if needed, employees are able to work efficiently by managing their own workloads. The team clearly care about and are invested in the work they do – and there is no 'micro-management' as everyone is trusted to get on with their work professionally. From simple perks like free lunches and social events to more practical benefits like flexitime or the ability to work from home, ZOO has a culture of mutual respect and inclusion amongst the team. The company itself is also growing rapidly, so it’s been an exciting time to join!
Cons
With part of the team also based in Los Angeles, communication can sometimes be staggered, but that comes with working for a global company.
