Pros
The thing I like most about ZF is that they only expand/invest if they have the cash to back it up. They make wise business choices and have a vision for the future that seems reachable and makes sense.
Cons
As ZF is wise with money, I feel that salary/benefits suffer a little. When comparing to similar tier 1 suppliers for similar jobs, I find my salary/benefits slightly lower. As a result, we often lose good talent.
