Pros
Free Food two times, Free transportation, No work so you can enjoy with news papers and YouTube, You can do lot of online shopping like Amazon and Flipkart. You can partcipat sports activities with unlimited time, No tensions you get salary without stressing ur brain. Always relax, you can go to coffee and tea whenever you want but you time will be monitored in sometimes especially in Design team . People who want relax job without thinking technical growth can join here. I can see many people are working here because personal or location constraints like mostly Telugu people. Many people from IIT and General motors joined here, I am not sure why they are not thinking about their career, what they wanted to be in next 5 years. Please join if you want relax life for next 3 to 5 years. I am not sure what will be future here.
Cons
No practical knowledge growth, you will be working on tasks not on projects. Lack of domain knowledge expertise at Hyderabad site. Middle level management change may help to company growth. Any how ZF Germany is thinking ZF ITC is a back office, can't expect good technical work. Unfortunately India management is helpless getting good technical projects and work. Poor management. Some people don't understand what engineers are doing They are paying good and hiring people from premium companies but not able to give proper work. It's a very sad part. It is just a cost center nothing more than that.
