Pros
1. Tons of training provided. 2. Seniors are not hard to approach, and provide knowledge without the feeling of being inferior/intimidated. 3. Allowances are huge when “dispatched”.
Cons
1. Politics in management are very prevalent. 2. Lowballed by previous HR manager even if you’re a board passer. 3. They keep on hiring even though they are well aware that there are no upcoming projects. 4. They’re accepting fresh graduates engineer recently however, the chances of being dispatched are close to zero. 5. No fix work from home setup as advised before. 6. HMO benefits are trash
