Pros
Great community (helpful, understanding, fun) No screaming, patient employees/managers. Relaxed work environment. Interesting projects. Flexible work hours. Work on site all over the world.
Cons
Low salary, somewhat cheap when it comes to raises. Takes couple of years for a proper promotion. +2 years per level. Can experience some downtime with traveling on site for a project. Most projects are given to Romania from Europe headquarters in Holland.
