Many colleagues are nice. 37.5hr work week. Always paid on time.
Cons
HR cannot be trusted. Huge disconnect between the Binley office and the guys working at the customer's sites. Low morale, low energy and zero innovation. Very disappointing for a company with Japanese origin.
