Pros
Before the digital and corporate side move to the same office, everything was wonderful. Managers were supportive of everything you want to do and even provided resources for the things to be done.
Cons
Retrenchment and termination without reason started to happen late 2023 and continues to 2024. Reason cited for retrenchment was due to restructuring. And termination of some staff happened without providing reason. You never know when you will be next. How can HR team allow this to happen. There is no transparency to the terminated staffs. Never believe their open door policy. Be prepared to be blacklisted if you give negative yet constructive feedback.
