      Pros

      I've been with Yamaha for years. The people are great, that is why I've stayed here. We have cool and fun product. The leadership listens. Pay is fair, and although not the highest, they make up for it with low-cost benefits, cool perks (like borrowing the product), learning tools, etc.

      Cons

      Can be a bit slow for things to change here, getting approvals for some things can take a while but that's really the only con I have.

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
