      good pay, not challenging enough. too many people with no enough work to do.

      Cons

      good ole boys club. if you haven't been there since the 90s, you won't get in the inner circle.

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
