      Good benefits, decent pay for the work.

      Cons

      Salary employees don't get paid enough, hourly employees can make more than a supervisor when you take into account the amount of overtime you have to work.

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
