Cons
1) Extreme politics and favouritism at the mid and top level management. No one cares what work you do. 2) Toxic Workplace. I've seen people complaining about their workplace to be toxic, but believe me you don't know about toxic workplace is until you seen how things work here. 3) Zero Work life balance. People in sales are expected to work 7 days a week - 24hours a day. Even if you are on leave. Even on national holidays. Your manager will call you on Sundays. Video calls can continue till 9 - 10pm at nights. You are expected to have no family, no friends and give your 100% time to your org. 4) You will be threatened to be put into PIP on the smallest of things - like if your sales numbers are down even for a week, your manager will threaten to put you in PIP. Which they have done previously. 5) Zero growth and development. The only people getting growth are the guys showing off their work by posting market photos at 12 at night - which apparently shows how much they are working.
