      New technology constantly introduced. Has a legacy in India

      Cons

      HR does not provide clarity on bonus or increment statuses. Overall employees are not taken care of any more. A lot of unrest and high attrition rate. Not a great time to join Xiaomi. Current lack of leadership across functions.
