- General Managers are changed too often so it makes things more complicated from strategic point of view; - Not all Chinese colleagues are open minded enough to manage global or multicultural campaigns and projects, they try do things Chinese way like they do for Chinese consumers; - Some decisions need to much time to be approved by Chinese management; - Local teams doesn't have enough understanding of HQ strategy, so it makes building of the local market strategy practically impossible; - It is difficult to drag in partners and agencies to do bigger projects without understanding how long the partnership is going to last.
