1. Currently at very good stage with no job security issues 2. 3 times food provided along with free cab facilities. 3. Large number of different products
Cons
1. Everything is controlled through China people 2. The core work is done totally by China 3. No R&D in India office and no product development in India. 4. Salary difference is huge between employee at same level. 5. Just management and low level work is passed on to Indians.
