The team environment is positive. With recent transitions and experienced members moving out, new opportunities have opened up for employees from other teams in Finance which were not previously available to take on critical roles. The new lead encourages us to take up critical roles and believe in building Future Talent
Cons
There are a few tenured experienced leads who are trying to create disparity and divisions with the sub teams as they are not aligned with HQ participation and changes happening within the team, hoping to see improvement soon !
