      Flexible hours, Competitive salary, friendly working environment, Operating in diversified industries e-g Oil & Gas upstream, midstream and downstream, Mining, Infrastructure, Power, LNG, Renewable Energy, Nuclear Power plants etc

      Cons

      Due to down turn in oil price for many years and long recession: Not much training opportunities No Increment for several years Lots of work share with India and China so extensive job cuts

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
