-Not as 'together' as other large EPCM firms - I didn't feel the culture was tight-knit as in some other companies I've worked in -Benefits package in Canada is pay-based, unless you want a bare bones policy -As an administrative staff, I didn't feel appreciated or acknowledged vs technical staff -Very limited training opportunities, unless you are a higher up or part of technical staffing group
