      Pros

      The company has excellent processes and systems with connecrtions into a global network of industry leadership. There is great potential in the global/local model for achieving efficiencies in engineering projects.

      Cons

      There is a legacy resulting from fast griowth and a lot of acquistions in the period from 2000-2010, this has left some disparatuies between different parts of the organisation which is taking some time to address

      Good people, easy to work with. Good pay. Great benefits. Job security for people who are willing to stick around, and do a good job.

      Cons

      Doesn’t pay quite as much as some north slope jobs.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
