The payment is low compared to the market range. The pay rises are also low. Many bad technology decisions and the ignorance of senior management lead to many good specialists left the company. Those who are still working looking for a new job. The company employs a lot of unqualified people to replace lost specialists and openly says that such specialists are easy to replace. The result is disastrous. Top management formed "boys club" who just shufle job positions beteen themself. There is limited (or don't exist) possibility for promotion sice you reach some level and only way to progress is by changing company. Be aware that Worldline UK have not much to do with Payment platform as Worldline France does.
