Pros
Worldline has an amazing onboarding program and welcome days for newcomers. I have been surprised by how well I've been introduced into the company and my new role and with my colleagues. Not once did I feel lost or did not know what to expect. The welcoming was beyond my expectations! With the hybrid working policy, I appreciate this balance between working at the office or home.
Cons
Sometimes we might feel overwhelmed by all the information thrown at us, but it is for the greater good. The budget for the company car is currently on hold since I arrived here, so I cannot make an order, but I have been offered a pretty decent car in the meantime for compensation which is beyond what other companies might offer.
