1> The Pune office building really sucks. Its located in Midas tower with barely any food options in the canteen. The office in itself is pretty much spaced in just a single floor to accommodate 300 employees, not being too spacious enough. 2> Pay scale is very less and not as per the industry standards. 3> Don't expect good hikes.
