      The employee discount is the best perk of working at world market. Fellow employees are great and make the time go by fast

      Cons

      Disorganized, no communtication, DM thinks they know everything but dont even know the name of their employees or product. Explorer program what a joke always crappy things on sale. People still dont understand that bs program.

      Pros

      being the cashier during the holidays was super fun. it was busy but in a way where the time goes by fast.

      Cons

      the manager micromanages and sits in the back watching the cameras the whole time. she then tells the supervisor on the walkie talkie that she's watching you. everybody talks about how they hate her even the assistant managers.
