Decent Job - Associate World Market Employee Review

The company has been getting increasingly stingier with hours, i went from full time down to about 12 hour weeks, and associates aren't even getting any work besides weekends anymore. It's mainly corporate limiting hours, but it's getting so bad that some weekends there will be a single closer. They also like to dangle promotions in front of you like a carrot on a stick, I've got about 3 years of experience here in total, and I'm still just a bottom rung associate.
