Pros
Fun working environment with a variety of different experiences and challenges every day. Management overall is supportive and hours are flexible. Shopping is fun at World Market.
Cons
Hours are limited and pay is poor. Training is haphazard and customer service is inconsistent based on too few employees scheduled to work at any given time. Online return policies are quite difficult for customers and employees. Technological equipment needs to be updated and IT department could be improved.
