Terrible - Anonymous employee World Market Employee Review

Store was filthy, total disaster. Bathrooms weren’t fit for a pack for vermin to nest in. Training was a joke, support that was promised for a new employee was nonexistent. Employees had no discipline, customer complaints were constant. Store management staff was lazy and quick to blame each other for shortcomings of store appearance and performance, both of which were abysmal. District manager did nothing. Disgrace, maybe worst experience I’ve ever had in a job. Miserable every single day.
