Pros
-most peers are supportive -if you ask for it you can receive development -awesome products/great discount -most customers are happy to be shopping there are it is fun building relationships -I learned a lot during my time there and formed some great relationships and learned so much about myself and my abilities
Cons
-not a consistent and equitable development program for management -not many opportunities for upward mobility beyond store manager -the company has become extremely chaotic and feels disorganized.. payroll is stretched thin while the tasks pile up and all technology is broken
