      Pros

      Small district but very spread out. Very little in person oversight from higher ups so freedom and flexibility to run the store effectively to meet metrics. Fun products. 30% discount.

      Cons

      The pro is also a con unless you’re a big fan of remote interactions with corporate.

      Pros

      being the cashier during the holidays was super fun. it was busy but in a way where the time goes by fast.

      Cons

      the manager micromanages and sits in the back watching the cameras the whole time. she then tells the supervisor on the walkie talkie that she's watching you. everybody talks about how they hate her even the assistant managers.
