Submitted through a contact, submitted online interview, got response within 3weeks. Had Phone and Face-to-Face Interview with prospective Supervisor. Ambience was welcoming and Interview was direct with regards to the added value I was bringing in and my expectations from the experience

High Level of Bureaucracy and a let of Red-Tape.
