Excellent mission, opportunity to travel the world and work towards a good underlying cause.

Cons

Very hard to enter, Very few people leave the post, posts go to those who are already there and not the most qualified person.

Thanks for your comments. The staff benefits are the same across all the United Nations Agencies and WHO has very little flexibility to change them.
