Pros
Fantastic mission and dedicated staff. I had some of the most rewarding working relationships both inside and outside of work with my fellow WFP colleagues. WFP hires young, bright, talented, and progressive staff.
Cons
Not very family-friendly. You are expected to go anywhere the organization sends you. Little regard for individual needs; the needs of the organization come first. Management practices are also quite poor.
