Frustrating environment to work in - Anonymous employee World Bank Group Employee Review

Bureaucracy can be stifling. Incentive structures not good for managers or WB as a whole. Can't enter at a junior level and work your way up. Promotions and salaries not necessarily based on performance. Very hard to become full-time staff (to the detriment of the quality of the work being carried out)
