      Pros

      People are very diverse because they are from all over the world. The work culture is pretty laid back...I like my job at the world bank though.

      Cons

      The bank itself is pretty bureaucratic. After all, it is an international government agency. If you don't like the laid-back culture, it is certainly not a good fit.
