      Pros

      Quite a nice place to work if overseas, but not in the US. Pay is decent, work is interesting, housing assistance is nice. Advancement process is questionable.

      Cons

      Extremely biased against hiring Americans, when positions come open - often they are designated for a particular person and are advertised only for compliance reasons. Very questionable advancement process.
