Pros
-Anyone who works online with Wonder will say that one of the pros is being able to work any time. Whether that be in the comfort of your home, the library, or on campus. -As an analyst I find that you are able to learn a lot with these subjects
Cons
-There are a few more cons that might outweigh the pros. The payout. I feel Wonder definitely underpays their workers because essentially they leave it to the reviewer's taste to provide you with a rating. They usually have very subjective feedback to give and never take into account how long it might have taken to do the work. -The lack of organization within the management and the community. It is very difficult to receive support which is crucial considering the difficulty of some of these jobs. -The duration for most of these jobs do NOT take 45-90 minutes as described before accepting the job. I remember taking as long as five hours to complete a job! (with about two periods taking a break no longer than 15 minutes) I had still received a poor grade simply due to my inability to pinpoint exactly what the client instructed. -The questions will NOT consist of the things you choose and you do not have a choice on the topics you want to source. It would be amazing if they got back to that because who doesn't want to learn about their favorite topics? Giving people topics on what they already have prior knowledge on or want to learn more about is better for everyone. The passion, interest, or prior knowledge in what is discussed can be the difference between a great review with clear info and a bad one with little interest. -The pay can definitely be raised. I can not stress this enough because I see a lot of other people complaining about this too and it seems even the best of analysts might get rejected for a job from time to time. It's unfair and at least if the job was not completed in the way specified, we should still earn SOMETHING! That is pretty fair. -The instructions are can be unclear and this plays a huge role in the potential of the content shown. I have had a few questions that asked a lot but never specified exactly what they wanted or the format they wanted it in. The people over on Wonder usually do try to help with this but sometimes it can be a really taxing mental game. Just have to be patient with them overall.
