Terrible pay for alot of work - Researcher Wonder Research Employee Review

Pros

You can work as much or as little as you want and make your own schedule.

Cons

The income you actually make versus how much time and energy you put into it is terrible. As an entry level sourcer you get $10 per job completed, but that's only if your work gets 'approved'. If it doesn't, you get absolutely nothing for your effort. There's something really wrong with not getting paid for work done, rejected or not. The approval of work is highly subjective and inconsistent since different reviewers may have different opinions on the sourcing done. I've had sourcing work get rejected only to see the same sources on the final write-up. It's ridiculous. They say it takes between 45 and 90 minutes to complete a sourcing job, but a lot of times it takes much longer than that. So not only do you not get paid if your work is rejected, you don't get adequate pay if your work is accepted. My last job took 2 1/2 hours and I earned $10. That's the equivalent of $4 an hour - way under minimum wage. I haven't worked for them long, but I have already soured on them. It feels too much like worker exploitation to me.
