Cons
Efficacy training was horrendously flawed and took three times as long as initially stated by management. Daily task was supposedly rigidly bound by guidelines, but client gave feedback that contradicted their own guidelines. Now, that's not the management's fault, but management was not helpful in reconciling these contradictions. Management was not sympathetic that testers' livelihood was at stake due to these glaring efficacy problems. They were convinced that a large amount of testers were just dense, but in reality anyone could do the job if the guidelines were more complete.
