Pros
Set your own hours, remote.
Cons
Terrible communication from the very beginning. The welcome email says you will get health insurance benefits and that the company will send you a laptop, but this is not meant for raters so why include this in our welcome email? Since the company over hired, there was a huge "No Tasks Available" issue where you would sit there all day waiting for tasks and lucky to even have an hour of work for the entire week. Recently, the company decided to mass terminate a very large quantity of us after revoking our access to raterhub without warning, giving us very confusing trainings, and requiring us to pass a requalification exam. During this time, raters attempted to reach out to managers and admin and were completely ignored. No communication whatsoever on our scores, we were left in the dark for weeks until our scores came in. Even those of us who made it through the exam and passed (like myself) ended up being terminated as well. I know there are a lot of influencers telling you that this is a great job to go for if you are looking for a remote job that does not require an interview, but it is not worth it. Find a job that is worthy of your time and effort because this one is not.
