Horrible company - Ads Quality Rater Welocalize Employee Review

There has hardly been any work to do since they started over-hiring. This used to be a good income supplement and used to have good paychecks and sometimes get over time. Now there is hardly any work to do. We are considered employees and I think there isn't work to do, then they need to pay us for staring at our computers for hours waiting for work.
