Pros

- Easy tasks - Work From Home - No micromanagement/supervision The job makes good money as supplementary income, but is by no means a job that will support a person completely.

Cons

- Lack of communication with management - Rating criteria not always consistent -Rarely enough work to reach maximum 29 hour cap Most working hours are limited to specific times of day and periods of the work week when work is available. May not be easy for some to meet the 10 hour minimum work required if working a traditional 9-5 job.

Pros

When there is work available, especially when this project first launched, you could make decent money. The Quality Improvement Program was once realistic and managers were accessible. They used to give us sick leave and it felt like a real job.

Cons

They took away our sick leave. Barely any work since Christmas, around 5 hours per week if you're lucky. The Quality Improvement Program has gone down the toilet. The quality checks constantly contradict the guidelines and the feedback from management is often contradictory and wildly inconsistent depending on the turnover. Lower level employees are constantly afraid of losing their job because there are random firings every quarter with no explanation.
