Pros
This position allows you to work when you want, 24/7, remote from home or on the road, with a few exceptions. Management team is very supportive. Company provides excellent training and support. Company culture is awesome from what I can tell so far (month three).
Cons
Have to train on your own time and dime and pass a difficult set of exams. Tasks are not easy and after three months, your performance is evaluated and if you're not meeting the minimum standards, you'll have to retrain on your own time. Pay is okay but there has been no mention of any room for financial mobility in this particular position. However, they encourage you to apply for other jobs within the company if interested. You're a W-2 employee as well.
