      - Poor support from management, working many hours of overtime, they handle employees as they are robots - No benefits or bonus given for employees - Loss of motive at some point

      You can work from home, easily accessible, tasks were doable to perform. In addition, you can work at your own pace.

      Receiving tasks was not always consistent, some tasks were given more at specific times/days than others.
