Pros
-Straightforward job, no need to really think hard to get job done -easy to get in a rhythm and get the job done -great project managers -extremely flexible schedule -company always provided snacks and drinks for people on breaks
Cons
-very repetitive (if you like this kind of work, this is a pro, but if you like challenges, this job gets old real quick) -it's hard to get to know coworkers, since you're sitting down at your desk your whole shift with headphones on -no bonding activities provided to get to know your coworkers
