      Fun people Easy enough work Never take work home

      Cons

      Continually change guidelines without telling you and you’re held accountable. Unrealistic expectations for amount of work they want completed. Micro-management of time after going remote. (Bathroom breaks, lunch times, 15 min breaks—all were hyper analyzed.)

      You can work from home, easily accessible, tasks were doable to perform. In addition, you can work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Receiving tasks was not always consistent, some tasks were given more at specific times/days than others.
