      Great working hours. Decent base salary (if you don’t intend on staying).

      Cons

      Don’t go into this if you are after a career! There is no progression, no salary rise, no benefits. Employees are seen as tools, they are not valued and not rewarded.

      Pros

      You can work from home, easily accessible, tasks were doable to perform. In addition, you can work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Receiving tasks was not always consistent, some tasks were given more at specific times/days than others.
