Pros
_Their management system looks solid. _Their hiring employees (interns, etc.) are very friendly and responsive.
Cons
_You will wait for months to get news from them regarding upcoming projects. _They will use some kind of system to pull you down from your standard hourly rate to an hourly rate below the minimum wage of your country. _They hire low-paid people from ex-third world countries to manage either your contracts or projects, I guess to save up money. _You are just too expensive but they don't know how to tell you. From a $30 / hour, you will get new offers at $15 / hour, plus some kind of "Complexity" model system to reduce that salary. _Whether you signed contract with them or not, they are so disorganized that it would not matter much.
