Pros

Good location, out of city, just off M50, easy commute.

Cons

Long hours, poor management and implied overtime. Female colleagues treated badly. Impossible KPI's and little cooperation from management and project stakeholders to meet deadlines. As a Senior PM I would deal with global vendors. Sales would set down undeliverable goals and vendors would trickle feed work to liquidate budget. Management only interested in their quarterly bonus margin. Some meetings were mostly spent discussing personal issues and situations of people not present which was awkward. Multiple issues about my manager discussed privately with HR, then relayed back to me by my manager!!! Inexperienced HR unable to process simple queries ie. payroll, tax forms. Avoid.

Pros

When there is work available, especially when this project first launched, you could make decent money. The Quality Improvement Program was once realistic and managers were accessible. They used to give us sick leave and it felt like a real job.

Cons

They took away our sick leave. Barely any work since Christmas, around 5 hours per week if you're lucky. The Quality Improvement Program has gone down the toilet. The quality checks constantly contradict the guidelines and the feedback from management is often contradictory and wildly inconsistent depending on the turnover. Lower level employees are constantly afraid of losing their job because there are random firings every quarter with no explanation.
